Welcome to Easy Space! 🎉

Easy Space helps you run your coworking space from one dashboard. You can manage members, memberships, bookings, payments, and the member experience in one place.

If you are setting up your space for the first time, start with the basics below. You do not need to configure every feature on day one. Focus first on the parts your space will actively use.

Before You Begin

Before you start, decide:

  • What your members can book: desks, rooms, offices, or custom resources

  • What you want to sell: memberships, products, or both

  • How you want to take payments

  • What your members should see in the Members App

1. Set Up Your Space Basics

When you complete signup and create your first venue, Easy Space also creates an organization for billing — you will usually only interact with Space Settings for day-to-day setup. If you later run multiple locations under one subscription (Enterprise / Multi Location tier), use Managing your organization and Multi-venue management. Start by adding your core space information so your dashboard and Members App reflect your brand.

  • Add your space name and logo in Space Settings. See General Settings.

  • Review your company and tax details if you will be charging for memberships, bookings, or products. See Company & Tax Settings.

  • If you want to automate external workflows or accept online payments, review Integrations.

2. Add What Members Can Book or Buy

Next, configure the resources and services your space offers. You only need to set up the ones that match your business.

3. Create Membership Plans and Payment Options

Once your resources are ready, set up how members will pay and what access they receive.

Tip: Start with one or two clear membership plans first. You can always expand your pricing later.

4. Customize the Members App

Your Members App is what members use to view your space, purchase plans, and interact with your services.

  • Set your app homepage, contact details, and FAQs in App Homepage.

  • Choose which parts of the app members can access in App Modules.

  • Decide what information members should provide in Member Fields.

  • Add your policies so members can review your rules and terms. See Policies.

5. Add Your First Members

When your setup is ready, you can start building your member base.

Go-Live Checklist

Before you start accepting real bookings or payments, make sure:

  • Your branding and contact information are correct

  • Your main resources or products are active

  • Your membership plans and pricing are ready

  • Your payment setup matches how you want to charge members

  • Your Members App shows only the sections you want members to use

  • You have added at least one test member and reviewed the experience end to end

Where to Go Next

After the basics are in place, you can continue with the areas most relevant to your space:
