# Managing your organization

Your **organization** is the **billing account** that owns one or more **spaces** (venues). When you complete signup and create your first space, Easy Space creates that organization for you automatically.

Most **single-location** operators only use **Space Settings** day to day. The **Organization** section matters when you have—or want—**more than one venue** under the same subscription, or you need to see every city tied to your billing account.

## When you will see "Organization"

You can open **Organization** from the dashboard **sidebar** when:

* You are the **organization owner** (the user responsible for the **Easy Space** platform subscription), and
* Your account is set up to use organization features (including **multi-venue** when your plan allows it).

From **Organization** you can:

* See all **spaces** that belong to the same billing organization.
* **Add another space** if your subscription includes **multi-venue** (Enterprise / Multi Location tier). Otherwise the page explains how to **contact sales** to upgrade.

If you get **Access denied**, you are not the organization owner.

## Organization owner, managers, and staff

| Role                    | What they do                                                                                                                   |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Organization owner**  | Owns **platform** billing for Easy Space; can use **Billing Settings**; can **add spaces** when the plan includes multi-venue. |
| **Manager** (per space) | Full access to that space (settings, reports, staff) except Organization and platform billing.                                 |
| **Staff** (per space)   | Day-to-day operations in spaces they are invited to; no settings, reports, Organization, or billing.                           |

## Billing and your organization

* There is **one** Easy Space **subscription** per organization, no matter how many spaces you have (when multi-venue is enabled).
