# Revenue Report

The Revenue Report provides valuable insights into your space's financial health, showing trends and breakdowns of income over selected periods.

## Accessing the Report

Navigate to the **Reports** section in the dashboard and select **Revenue**.

## Selecting the Time Range

By default, the report shows data for the **Last 7 Days**. You can change the time period using the controls at the top right:

* **Predefined Ranges:** Use the dropdown menu to quickly select common ranges like "Today", "Last 7 Days", "Last 30 Days", "This Month", or "Last Month".
* **Custom Date Range:** Click the calendar button to open a date range picker. Select a start and end date to view revenue for a specific custom period. Selecting a custom range automatically switches the dropdown to "Custom Range".

## Exporting to CSV

* Click **Export** in the top-right controls to download a CSV file.
* The export dialog is prefilled with the report’s current date range. Adjust the period if needed, then click **Export CSV**.
* The file includes **one row per day** with: date, total revenue, refunds, net revenue, transaction count, refund count, and currency.
* Exports cover the full period and are not affected by the Payment Type filter on the page.
* The maximum export range is **365 days**.

## Understanding the Summary Cards

At the top of the report, several key metrics provide a quick overview for the selected period:

* **Net Revenue:** The total revenue generated from completed payments (minus any partial refunds) within the selected dates.
* **Revenue Change:** Shows the percentage increase or decrease in net revenue compared to the immediately preceding period of the same length (e.g., if viewing "Last 7 Days", it compares to the 7 days before that). An up arrow indicates growth, while a down arrow indicates a decline.
* **Average Daily Revenue:** The average net revenue earned per day during the selected period.
* **Total Transactions:** The total number of completed payments recorded in the period.
* **Avg Transaction Value:** The average monetary value of each transaction.
