# General Settings

## Space Information

These settings apply to **this venue** (space). Your **Easy Space** subscription and some cross-venue controls are tied to your **organization** behind the scenes. If you run multiple locations on an eligible plan, use the **space switcher** in the sidebar to move between venues.

## Space Name

* Enter your space's name as it will appear throughout the platform
* Click "Save Changes" to update your space name

## Space Logo

* Upload a custom logo that represents your brand
* Click on the logo area to upload a new image
* Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF
* Your logo will be displayed across the platform, including your member portal

## Currency and Timezone Settings

⚠️ **Important**: Currency and timezone are set during your initial space creation and cannot be changed directly through the dashboard. This ensures consistency in your financial records and scheduling.

## Currency

* Displays your space's operating currency
* Used for all transactions, bookings, and financial reports
* To change your currency, please contact our support team

## Timezone

* Shows your space's operating timezone
* Used for all scheduling, bookings, and time-based features
* To change your timezone, please contact our support team
