Those requests from members should be handled by you as the operator. See the [Privacy Policy](https://easyspace.app/privacy-policy). *** ## Accessing Privacy Settings 1. **Navigate to Privacy:** Go to User Settings > Privacy 2. **Review Sections:** Cookie preferences, account data requests, and privacy information 3. **Make Changes:** Adjust settings according to your preferences 4. **Submit Requests:** Use forms for data export or account deletion *** ## Cookie & Tracking Preferences Control how we use cookies and track your usage of Easy Space: ### Essential Cookies * **Required:** Cannot be disabled as they're necessary for the website to function * **Purpose:** Authentication, security, and basic functionality * **Examples:** Login sessions, security tokens, preference storage ### Functional Cookies * **Optional:** Can be enabled or disabled * **Purpose:** Enhanced functionality and personalization * **Examples:** Theme preferences, language settings, dashboard layouts ### Analytics Cookies * **Optional:** Can be enabled or disabled * **Purpose:** Help us understand how you use our website to improve your experience * **Examples:** Page views, feature usage, performance metrics * **Data:** Anonymous usage statistics, no personal identification ### Marketing Cookies * **Optional:** Can be enabled or disabled * **Purpose:** Show relevant ads and measure ad performance * **Examples:** Ad targeting, conversion tracking, retargeting * **Note:** Currently disabled by default in Easy Space *** ## Account data requests You can ask Easy Space for a copy of your operator account information, or to delete your account. These requests apply to your Easy Space login and related account records—not automatically to every member file in a space you manage. ### Requesting Data Export 1. **Go to Privacy Settings:** Navigate to User Settings > Privacy 2. **Find Account data requests:** Scroll to that section 3. **Click "Request Data Export":** This opens the request form 4. **Provide Reason (Optional):** Explain why you need the data export 5. **Submit Request:** Click "Submit Request" to send We follow up by email after the team reviews the request. *** ## Requesting Account Deletion ### Before You Delete **Consider These Important Points:** * **Permanent Action:** Account deletion cannot be undone * **Data Loss:** Account data may be removed according to our retention practices * **Space Impact:** If you manage a space, consider transferring ownership first * **Alternative:** Consider requesting data export first ### Deletion Process 1. **Go to Privacy Settings:** Navigate to User Settings > Privacy 2. **Find Account Deletion Section:** Scroll to the red-bordered section 3. **Click "Request Account Deletion":** This opens the deletion form 4. **Provide Reason (Optional):** Help us understand why you're leaving 5. **Read Warning:** Review the permanent deletion warning 6. **Submit Request:** Click "Submit Deletion Request" ### What Happens After Request * **Review:** Our team reviews your request * **Verification:** We may contact you to confirm the request * **Space Considerations:** If you manage a space, we'll discuss transition options * **Deletion:** Account data is removed after confirmation, subject to backups and legal retention described in the Privacy Policy *** ## Privacy Information ### Company * **Company:** Avit Tech, LLC (Easy Space) * **Contact:** *** ## Troubleshooting ### Request Not Processed * **Check Email:** Look for acknowledgment and updates * **Spam Folder:** Check for emails from Easy Space * **Contact Support:** Reach out if you don't hear back ### Settings Not Saving * **Browser Issues:** Try refreshing the page * **Clear Cache:** Clear browser cache and cookies * **Try Again:** Re-submit your preference changes *** ## Additional Resources * **Privacy Policy:** [View our complete Privacy Policy](https://easyspace.app/privacy-policy) * **Terms of Service:** [Read our Terms of Service](https://easyspace.app/terms-of-service) * **Contact Support:**
